Man is an omnivore with a sense of taste and enjoying variety to dispel boredom, whereas the organism of a dog, a carnivore, is adapted to one particular type of food.
Although it is sometimes tempting to apply the rule of diversity to your dog and serve him food closely ressembling a human meal, this would be ill-adapted to his condition or his morphology.
Nearly 1,000 years of domestication of the canine race have not succeeded in transforming these carnivores into omnivores!
